Summer Archery hits a bull's-eye!

Stuents lined up with bows and arrows in archery class

BULL’S-EYE!

Arrows are flying through Edina Community Ed’s Archery camps this summer.

“Archery continues to be popular among kids,” says Lori Murphy, Edina Community Ed Youth Enrichment coordinator. “Our archery program’s focus is safety, first and foremost. That approach allows coaches to teach kids respect, sportsmanship and teamwork, and of course, the joy of a lifelong sport. It’s really an amazing experience for the kids.”

Participants learn all aspects of range safety and proper shooting technique and develop the discipline and skill of using the bows. In fact, all Edina Community Ed archery coaches complete a rigorous training course offered through Minnesota DNR’s “Archery in Schools” program.

Options for kids (grade 5-12) are offered throughout the summer. Join the thrill and sign-up today at http://bit.ly/EdinaCESArchery
