RE: Meningococcal Booster Vaccination Requirement

Beginning Fall 2020, the meningococcal booster vaccination will be required for students 16 years of age and older. Minnesota law requires this vaccination or written proof of exemption for children to attend school.

Without providing proof of administration, notarized declination, or medical exemption signed by a physician, your student will not receive a class schedule to attend school next fall.

The meningococcal booster is offered at Target, CVS, Walgreens and likely your primary care clinic. Insurance coverage will vary by location.

If needed, below are clinics that provide the meningococcal booster for uninsured or underinsured students.
