General Supplies
Listed below are the items that all 7th-grade students at South View Middle School will need for the school year. Please note that Chromebooks are district-provided; personal devices are not allowed.
- Wired earbuds or headphones
- Calculator (TI-30XS Multiview)
- Colored pencils (24-count or larger)
- Broad line markers (10-count or larger)
- Sticky notes (2-pack; any color)
- Highlighters (5; any color)
- Pencils (at least 24)
- Water bottle
- Optional Backpack or Bookbag (permitted, but not required)
- Three 2-Pocket Folders (various colors)
- 3-Ring Binder (1.5-inch) for Pre-Algebra and Algebra Classes
- 2 Glue Sticks
Order Supplies Online (Optional)
Families may choose to make shopping easier by ordering school supplies online through School Tool Box. Supplies will be shipped directly to your home and can be brought to Get Connect Day. The deadline to order supplies is September 4.
Band and Orchestra Supplies
Students participating in Band or Orchestra will need the following additional supplies.
7th-Grade Orchestra
- Black 3-Ring Binder (1-inch)
- Essential Elements for Strings Book 2
7th-Grade Band
- Black 3-Ring Binder (1-inch)
- Blue Standard of Excellence Book 2 (used during semester 2; semester 1 uses the 6th-grade book)
