Edina Public Schools Activities & Athletics Mask/Face Covering Guidance
Transportation: Masks/face coverings are optional for all students and staff when riding EPS or public transportation while with the team.
Outdoors: Masks/face coverings are optional for students, coaches, and spectators at outdoor practices, activities or competitions.
Indoors: Masks/face coverings are optional indoors while in EPS facilities with the following exceptions:
- Masks/face coverings are required for those returning from a shortened (e.g., 5-day) isolation period.
- Masks/face coverings are strongly recommended for those with known exposures to COVID-19.
Masks/face coverings are optional while in non-EPS facilities.
If a Team Member Tests Positive for COVID-19
We will adhere to MDH guidelines for any persons who may be presymptomatic, symptomatic, or have a confirmed case. Coaches will keep accurate rosters including who was at practices and games each day should notification of a positive case be necessary.
