Edina’s Legislative Action Committee to Host ‘Day at the Capitol’ Event

The School Board's Legislative Action Committee will host an upcoming “Day at the Capitol” event on Tuesday, March 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the State Capitol located at 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155.

The event will bring together the committee’s students, school board members, administrators, and community members to engage directly with legislators and advocate for the needs of Edina Public Schools. Participants will have the opportunity to receive updates from legislators and interact with the Senate and House education finance committees, as well as the House education policy committee.
