11 students receive Connecting with Kids awards
Eleven EHS students have been recognized by the Edina Community Foundation at their annual Connecting with Kids awards breakfast.
The Foundation has typically honored a slate of six adults and one student, however this year’s Connecting with Kids Awards honored a roster of students who demonstrated incredible leadership in organizing and implementing programs and events during the pandemic that helped youth in the community stay engaged and connected, and who bring student voice to community organizations.
Students who received recognition are:
-
Lila Emerson & Claire Wegman-Krider, Edina Girls’ Sports Summit Leaders
-
Dedeepya Guthikonda & Izzy Wagener, Edina Reads Writing Contest Organizers
-
Sreeyutha Ratala, Camp Venom Coding Camp Creator
