Vision, Mission, and Values

Rooted in Excellence. United by Possibility.

At Edina Public Schools, excellence is not an aspiration — it’s a responsibility. Guided by a clear vision, a shared mission, and enduring values, we exist to serve each and every student, our community, and the place we call home. We believe every learner has unlimited possibilities, and it is our collective commitment to create the conditions where all students feel supported, challenged, and empowered to thrive.

Core Beliefs

Together, our vision, mission, and values shape our core beliefs.

The people I’ve been surrounded with have taught me to become a more well-rounded, better citizen of the world. They have taught me to be myself and always try my best, whether that’s in a social, academic, or athletic situation.
