The Buildings and Grounds team maintains and cares for district facilities and grounds, keeping our schools safe, clean, and ready for learning. Our work includes custodial services, building repairs, preventive maintenance, groundskeeping, and environmental safety. Through both routine maintenance and response to facility needs, we help ensure schools and district buildings remain operational and welcoming to our families.

Submit A Request
Staff members can submit a facilities or maintenance request by opening a ticket in Incident IQ, available through the Edina Launchpad Portal.
Order Uniforms
Buildings and Grounds uniforms are available for order by department staff using their district email account to access the online store.

District staff can access safety data sheets to support safe work practices and provide information about workplace materials and products.
