Classes for Two Year Olds
Twos are growing at high speed so they require guidance and limits as they set out to try everything in sight. Our classroom will engage all of their senses as they dance, create, build, problem solve, communicate and socialize. Parents and children enjoy learning time together for the first 15 minutes of class. For the remainder of class, parents will separate from their child with a parent educator who will guide parent-generated topics including eating, toilet learning, separation anxiety, and language development as well as other relevant topics. You will also leave with new ideas that reinforce your child's weekly classroom activities. This class will meet five times - weekly. (Sibling care is not available for this class.)
Preschool for Twos (2 years old by Sept. 1, 2020)
Classes for Three Year Olds
With imagination in full gear, three year olds love to ask questions and share their thoughts about everything. The class encourages curiosity and exploratory play for this independent stage of development. This is also a time when kids begin to develop and understand friendships. One of the most popular, we offer two, three and five days per week options.
Preschool for Threes (3 years old by Sept. 1, 2020)
Classes for Four and Five Year Olds
In our pre-kindergarten classes, your child will learn and discover social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth appropriate for 4 and 5 year olds. This provides a solid foundation for lifelong learning. Students will understand more concrete ideas, expand their memory and recall and deepen their connections to their classmates.
Our preschool is designed to offer the right balance of structured and unstructured activities intended to help prepare every child for kindergarten. We offer pre-k options for four and five year olds that include three and five days per week classes.

Circle Time/Morning Meeting
We start our day building strong community. Teachers model social and emotional skills such as creating and maintaining friendships. Students experience songs, read-alouds, stories and calendar.
Students will build concepts about print, comprehension, and some basic letter and sound practice. We use the Houghton-Mifflin Language Arts for preschool curriculum.
Students work on number sense, patterning, color/shapes, and other simple math concepts. We use the Everyday Mathematics curriculum.
Science is all around us! Students will learn how to explore, question and discover many scientific themes like nature, plants, animals, ecosystems and weather.
Choice Time /Gym/Creative Movement
Independent and self-directed learning are imperative to a child’s development. Students have ample opportunities for free play and large motor play.
