Successful ski racers will enter the race season fit and ready to perform at a peak level. To accomplish this, additional off hill training is needed. Edina High School has partnered with Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) to provide wellness, strength and performance services. This unique partnership allows us to implement a targeted, world class conditioning program.Training is a blend of strength, endurance, and balance exercises. In addition, proper nutrition and mental fitness are key elements to optimizing your training.
