  • The district has been engaged in facilities planning since 2009, following the conclusion of construction projects from the 2003 bond referendum and additional needs were identified. The following highlights key phases in the development of the Next Generation Facilities Plan, which has led to the School Board approving a special election on Tuesday, May 5.   

    Facilities Planning Process

     

    • PHASE I – Initial Research and Planning (spring 2009 – Aug. 2014)
    • PHASE III – Proposal Refinement (Oct. – Dec 2014)
    • PHASE IV – Facility Plan Recommendation Approved (Jan. 12, 2015)
    • PHASE V –Plan Refinement & Information Campaign (January – May 2015)
    • PHASE VI – Referendum Vote on May 5, and, if successful, Design Plan Development (May – Dec 2015)
