  • This year Climate Generation has opportunities for everyone to become a climate change expert in their community - whether it be your school, your neighborhood or your workplace.

    University of Minnesota's Institute on
    the Environment, St. Paul 
    This Institute is for teachers in the classroom and non-formal educators interested in training and resources that support the standards.
    Registration is $150. 
    PACER Programming
    Pacer Center  
    Here are some program offerings for children with disabilities available through the PACER Center
    EX.I.T.E.: (EXploring Interests in Technology and Engineering) Camp: a free, 5-day summer camp for middle school girls with disabilities to encourage them to explore the STEM field. Pacer partners with corporations throughout the Metro Area to host a day of camp which includes fun, hands-on activities. 
    Technology for Girls: A workshop series offered throughout the school year for middle school girls with disabilities that features hands-on activities surrounding STEM. Activities have included website coding, robotics, electricity and much more.
    Technology for Teens: A new workshop series available to middle school boys and girls with disabilities. The first round of this series focuses on coding through hands-on activities such as programming games, interactive stories, developing websites and building and programming robots.
