Non-profit partners of Edina Public Schools may post information that meets the criteria outlined in School Board Policy 904. Information may be posted no more than two weeks prior to an event or for a period of two weeks for on-going programs. The district reserves the right to post or deny any material. This Institute is for teachers in the classroom and non-formal educators interested in training and resources that support the standards.

Here are some program offerings for children with disabilities available through the PACER Center
EX.I.T.E.: (EXploring Interests in Technology and Engineering) Camp: a free, 5-day summer camp for middle school girls with disabilities to encourage them to explore the STEM field. Pacer partners with corporations throughout the Metro Area to host a day of camp which includes fun, hands-on activities.
Technology for Girls: A workshop series offered throughout the school year for middle school girls with disabilities that features hands-on activities surrounding STEM. Activities have included website coding, robotics, electricity and much more.
Technology for Teens: A new workshop series available to middle school boys and girls with disabilities. The first round of this series focuses on coding through hands-on activities such as programming games, interactive stories, developing websites and building and programming robots.
