Immunizations are needed to start school. Families with new incoming students, Kindergartners, 1st through 6th grades, 7th and 10th grades are required to be in compliance by the first day of school on Monday, Aug. 26, 2019.

Medication and treatments to be given at school require written permission every school year. The consent must be signed by the parent/guardian and your students health care provider.

The mission of EPS Health Services is to promote optimal student health for optimal learning. The annual health services report is to describe key aspects of school health services that are provided within Edina Public Schools (EPS). Areas covered include a description of health office staffing, disease prevention and control, district immunization and screening outcomes, health office activities, health conditions and additional services provided.
