We are a single high school district, nestled in a community that truly loves and believes deeply in our schools. couple snapshots highlighting our students’ achievements last year:
• In 2014-2015 we administered 2,496
Advanced Placement tests to 1,242 students (62% of our school’s population).
Over 86% of these students recorded a score of 3 or higher, qualifying them for
college credit while still in high school, as compared to a state average of
66.6% and a national average of 60.7%.
• In 2015-2016 41 students earned
recognition as National Merit Finalists, Semifinalists, or Commended
Scholars. Edina Public Schools is proud
to have had students named National Merit Semifinalists and Finalists every
year since the National Merit Scholarship Corporation began its recognition and
scholarship program in 1955.

choose. Musically, Edina High School has
been a Nationally Recognized Grammy Winner, and was lauded by the International
Thespians with a performance of Anything Goes on their main stage.
