Health Wellness

Health is a great place to start when it comes to total wellness.
 
 
Being active, eating right and regular check-ups are just a few things you can do to lead to your physical wellness. Research shows that people who exercise at least two days a week are happier and have significantly less stress. You can start by drinking more water, parking farther away to get in a few more steps, or switch to bringing your lunch each day rather than eating out to improve your health.

Check with your medical insurance provider for wellness resources such as nurse line information, health assessments, and ways to get started or continue focusing on your wellness.

*Please note: Weight rooms are reserved for EHS athletes only during the following times:
  • School year — EHS and ECC, 3-6 p.m.
  • Summer — Valley View, 7-11 a.m., Monday - Thursday; ECC, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday
