    "Be Our Guest" for Beauty and the Beast, South View's spring musical! This dazzling all-ages show performs in the South View auditorium at 7:00pm on Thursday, April 24th; 7:00pm on Friday, April 25th; and 2:00pm on Saturday, April 26th. You can purchase advance tickets here ($10 for adults, $6 for students/seniors). See you there!

  • *** CELEBRATION OF LEARNING NIGHT is coming up on May 1st! ***
    Attention South View Parents and Guardians! We would like to invite you to our spring Celebration of Learning on Thursday, May 1st from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This event is an opportunity for you to get a glimpse into all the wonderful learning that has occurred this year at South View. In advisory, students have been preparing a portfolio of work to share with you during the Student-Led Conferences that night.
     
    Click here to SIGN UP FOR A TIME SLOT with your child's advisory teacher. Please note: advisory teachers will not facilitate the conference, but will be in attendance to greet you and answer any questions. We look forward to celebrating student learning with you on May 1st!

    Apply online using the link below. The deadline for all applications is Friday, April 25, 2014 and interviews will begin on Thursday, May 1, 2014. All interested students who are entering grades 7-9 next school year are encouraged to apply!

     Action Resource Fair - 6:00pm
     Program - 7:00pm
     Hosted by the South View Environmental Group students!
     Come hear the voices of our young people as they look to powering our energy future into 2030 (and beyond), and hear as they share their stories of what they do today in their schools to leave a legacy. Michael Noble, Executive Director of Fresh Energy, will join the students as our keynote speaker. This event is free and open to the public.

    Are you ready to Ignite Your Spark? Join us at our first-ever Student Wellness Challenge for a day of engaging activities that will show participants how to enhance brain function and beat stress through food choice, physical activity, gratitude and service.

     
    This free event is made possible in part by the generous support of the Edina Education Fund. Prizes will be awarded and guest speaker/author Dr. John Ratey will join us to talk more about the mind-body connection.
