    Connecting with peers across the globe is not just for “big kids.” Angela Gadtke’s kindergarteners are making friends in far away places and comparing notes about their lives and customs. Technology is helping them communicate and document things they are learning from, and with, one another. They are learning that differences are interesting. Read more

    The science & learning fair - students are able to experiment on a topic of interest and showcase their work.

    The all NEW ART GALLERY - students are able to submit a work of art using any medium of their choosing.

    This combined event will be on Tuesday March, 22nd this year.

    Parents, we are launching the Countryside Marathon on October 1. This year we are holding "Marathon Mondays" and we need your help!   • Countryside Named a "2015 Reward School" by MN Dept. of Education


    Congratulations to the students and staff of Countryside! In recognition of our tremendous gains in State testing progress, Countryside was named a 2015 Reward School for the 2014-15 school year. We received a letter of congratulations from MN Commissioner of Education, Dr. Brenda Cassellius. Check it out!

  • “Grab and Go” Breakfast

     

    Breakfast is available every day to all interested Gr. 1-5 students in a “Grab and Go” format. Stop by the kiosk outside the office to “grab” breakfast and “go” to class. School breakfast is available every day for $1.65 per student using their food service account and FREE for those accessing free and reduced priced meal benefits. Breakfast is provided free of charge daily for all Kindergarten students in their classrooms. Fuel up and get a great start to the day of learning!
